How long until i can expect my canvas to arrive?
Please allow 7 -10 working days from us recieving cleared funds although many of our deliverys are much sooner.
 
Do you do any other sizes?
Yes we do offer a made to measure service.Let us know the size/s and we will quote you(Please note this is a bespoke service and is excluded from our usual  return policy-see terms and conditions page)
 
Do you have a gallery or somewhere i can see samples of the canvas?
No sorry.We operate purely as an online website .We have no showroom or retail outlet facilities.We therefore cannot accept any personal visits at out premises.This is why we can offer you the best possible prices. However ,under the Distance Selling Regulations we do offer a return policy if you are not happy with your purchase(see our terms & conditions page)
 
Can you print my own pictures?
Yes we can. Please refer to Your Photos Onto Canvas section on the site where you can choose to either upload your image or send it to us for us to print for you.
 
Will my canvas be the same as the image i see online?
Images will vary depending on the size you have ordered due to scale and proportion.
 
Will the colours i see on screen be the same as the finished canvas?
We cannot guarantee this as indivdual monitor settings can vary.
 
What can be done about date stamps and red eye?
If you make a special request for date stamps and red eye to be removed then we are well trained to take care of such problems,but this is not done automatically as we usually print exactly what is uploaded. If you wish to take up this free service you will need to email us with your order details at time of placing your order and we will try our best to remove them without changing the image in any way. 
 
How do i care for my canvas?
Keep your print away from direct sunlight,as well as reflected light from mirrors,glass e.t.c. Do not use any form of liquid or chemical products to clean your canvas. A soft dust brush can be used periodically to remove any settled dust. Make sure your print is displayed at room temperature in a stable ,moisture-free environment and is kept at a safe distance from any sources of direct heat such as a fireplace.
 
Do your prints come ready to hang?
Yes. All our prints are professionally gallery-wrapped (stretched) over a chunky handmade box frame.
 
What are your measurements quoted in?
All sizes are quoted in inches ,as it is in standard framing.
 
Are your products bought in from elsewhere to sell?
No. All Art On Canvas artwork is designed and crafted by ourselves.
 
Do you supply to trade?
Yes. Please contact us for our trade prices. Minimum spend is £500.00 plus.
 
How can i pay for my items?
Cheque or postal order can be sent to us or by our fully secure PayPal shopping cart which has been integrated into the website.

How does the shopping cart work?
Just like a shopping cart at the supermarket,you can put things in your cart(by clicking the add cart button) without having to buy them - its just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in. You are not committed to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through to the checkout. However you cannot purchase an item until it has been added to your cart,so remember to check the contents of your cart carefully before you check out. You can check the contents of your cart at anytime by clicking on the view your cart link along the top of the page or on the right hand side of the category pages.If you want to remove something simply click on the red x. When you have finished shopping click on the  'view cart',then click on the checkout button. You will be then asked for your personal details. The shopping cart uses cookies to operate.
 
What about my personal details?
Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have ordered. This information is for our records only and can be removed upon written request from yourselves.
 
Which credit cards do you accept?
Our shopping cart will take you through to paypal fully secured website.
 
Can i place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
When entering your personal details you will be given an opportunity to say whether you wish to use your own address or supply a different address for delivery.
 
Can i pay by cheque or postal order?
Yes,but please enclose all your order details e.t.c.
 
How much is delivery?
We are running a special offer at present and delivery to mainland uk is free. The cost is usually £14.99 per item.
 
What is the policy on returning items?
Under the distance selling regulations ,if you have received the goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:
1) You inform us and return the goods within seven working days of reciept of the product(s)
2) You pay the return delivery charges
3)Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in there original packaging
4)Goods are not 'Your Photos Onto canvas' or ''Bespoke Service' produced items
5)No P&P charges will be refunded. Where free shipping was given the cost of £14.99 will not be refunded per item for delivery costs,under any circumstances. 
 
Bespoke items produced are custom made items and are excluded from the right to return policy. Items will be delivered as described and in good condition and will not be refunded.
