Shipping charges quoted on this website are for mainland UK destinations only.(We currently have a offer on of free shipping) see main page for details.
We charge a flat rate of £14.99 for shipping each item.(Yes it will cost us more than £14.99 but we are will to subdize the extra costs)

Dispatch time is usually within 7-10 working days as all our items are made to order just for you & will be dispatched by either Royal Mail or Fedex Uk.Any items not collected or re arranged for re delivery & are sent back to Art On Canvas as un delivered will require another postage charge so your order can be re sent.Either way the parcel will need a signiture upon delivery.
If no one is in to take delivery it will be your responsability to arrange for re delivery or collection from Royal Mail or Re arrange delivery with courier.

Cancellation Of Order
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you are entited to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of recieving your goods.
If you wish to cancel under these terms please contact us first with your order no. and return your products unopened within 7 days of recieving your parcel with your order no.and details.
Any p&p charges paid and cost of returning the parcel will be your responsability and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with any of our products please return them within 7 days or recieving them and we will refund the cost of the goods only.Provided they are intact and not used.Please enclose your order details with parcel.any p&p charges paid and cost of returning the parcel will be your rsponsability and will not be refunded under any circumstances.Your photo on canvas & cusom made items are excluded from this. Having your photo printed onto canvas and items classed as custom made(made special sizes, which are not standard items we sell) are a bespoke service.These items have been specially reproduced to meet your personal requirements.Items that are delivered as described and are in good condition will not be refunded.
Damaged goods upon reciept will be exchanged,you must although sign damaged /or unchecked upon reciept and email us within 24 hours of delivery and keep all items and packaging & return to us for inspection enclosing your order no. and details.We will dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.
